Transferring Information from Your Personal Accounts on Vendor Platforms
Overview
Many library resource vendors allow users to create personal accounts for saving searches, creating alerts, or accessing other customized features. In most cases, these accounts are set up using a username and password of your choice and will remain unaffected by the upcoming migration to OpenAthens.
A few resources tie personal accounts directly to your EZproxy login. As we identify these resources and determine the steps needed to transfer or maintain access, we will update this guide with detailed instructions. Please check back regulary to stay informed and ensure uninterrupted access to your personalized accounts.
EBook Central Bookshelf
If you currently use EBook Central, we strongly encourage you to back up your bookshelf. Follow these instructions to back up your bookshelf.
To provide you with sufficient time to complete the backup process, we will delay the transition of EBook Central to OpenAthens. The migration is scheduled for February 3.
