Changing Links in Canvas
Overview
Many Canvas course sites have links to Tufts Library resources. EZproxy links are most likely to be found in Pages and the Syllabus. Other places in Canvas that might contain EZproxy links include:
- Modules, including external URL items
- Discussions
- Text, Word, and PowerPoint files in Files
- Assignment instructions
- Quiz instructions
Note: This guide will be updated regularly with additional information and instructions, so be sure to check back for the latest updates.
Reading Lists in Canvas
You don't need to worry about updating links in Canvas reading lists. These lists are generated directly from our library system, and the links will be updated automatically for you.
Arts and Sciences, Engineering and Fletcher Faculty and Instructors
To help you find EZproxy links and content, you can use the Canvas Smart Search tool. This tool allows you to search for content across several tools in a course site including content pages, announcements, discussion prompts, and assignment descriptions. Health Sciences and Vet Faculty and Instructors
To help you find EZproxy links and content, you can use iSEEK, a tool for searching content in Canvas.
- Using the iSEEK search field, do a search for 'ezproxy'
- Filter your results uing the instructor filter
- Open the content for editing, make your changes and be sure to save
